S/G stands for steel and gold. Reference 16613 is the 40 mm Submariner Date in Oystersteel and yellow gold, which Rolex calls Rolesor, usually with a blue or black dial. It was followed by the 116613 with a ceramic bezel and today's 126613.
On a two-tone watch, look at wear on the gold centre links and the bezel insert, and ask whether the dial is original and when the watch was last serviced.
